         Business and knowledge System is an is one entity of the entities of the  university which is hoped to support and enable the industry sector and knowledge-based services, by reducing operating costs and raising their competitive abilities through the utilization of :

* Available knowledge tools at the university (professors, technicians, students, researches and labs).

* Other capabilities of the university 
   

 

 Business and knowledge System aims to:

 

 * Activating the quality potentials of the university whether they are human, intellectual or physical.

 * Enhancing the quality of education outputs and research at the university.

 * Harmonizing the activities of the university and outputs with local and regional economic requirements.

 *Raising the level of the faculty members interaction with Industry and services sectors

 * Upgrading the training of students and equipping  them with required practical experiences.

 Community service.
 

 

     The system consists of four segments include:

1:Knowledge Parks:

It is an entity lies within the Business and Knowledge Alliance which accommodates elite universal firms that are active in the field of knowledge-based industries and services.

.

   

2:Houses of Experiences:

It is one of the Business and Knowledge Alliance entities, attending to experiences and initiatives of the university's staff through providing them with managerial, scientific, legal and systematic requirements for them to be able to establish business-based consultations and studies private offices.

 

Office of Experiences:

It is a specialized office within the Houses of Experiences that is founded via one or a group of the university's staff whose specialties are alike or integrated to provide business-based consultation    services and studies.

   

3:Central Labs:

It is one of the Business and Knowledge Alliance entities. Its main concern is to benefit from the existence of unique labs and vast experience of in charge staff and technicians within the University, and through providing managerial, scientific and legal requirements to those labs, enabling them to be business oriented and active.

 



4:Business Incubators:

It is the supporting and stimulating environment that lies within the Business and Knowledge Alliance for assisting and providing the university's students and graduates with critical knowledge and tools to start up their own innovative small businesses.
